Refund policy

Return window: You can request a return within 24 hrs of receiving your order. Requests made after this window will not be accepted

Return Eligibility: only after we approve the return request we will inform and initiate the return procedure .

We accept the return under the following conditions only

  • Wrong item received : Eligiblle within 24 hrs of delivery
  • Defective or Damaged product only if happened in transit : Eligible within 24hrs of delivery ( we ensure that we do quality check before we ship our product )
  • Change of mind : Not Eligible 
  • Custom order : Not Eligible 

To be eligible for return, the products must be 

  • Unworn and in good condition ( if in case of wrong item received )
  • In its original packaging neatly repacked with care

We reserve the Right to Reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Store credit only: All approved returns are refunded as store credit. That will be valid for a year of duration. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to your original payment method.

No exchanges: We currently do not offer product exchanges. Return your original piece for store credit and place a new order.
