What are your products made of?
Our jewellery is made from brass, copper and stainless steel. Many pieces have an anti-tarnish gold or rose gold finish. The exact base metal is listed on each product page.

Is it real gold or silver?
No. It is fashion jewellery with a plated finish. It is not solid gold or silver.

Will it tarnish or change colour?
Our anti-tarnish finish helps slow it down. But no plated piece lasts forever. Water, sweat and perfume make it fade faster.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Many people wear it daily with no problem. But skin is different for everyone. If you have a metal allergy, message us before you order.

Can I wear it in water?
Please don’t. Take it off before you bathe, swim or workout. Stainless steel handles water better, but we still suggest you remove it.

How do I care for it?

• Put it on last, after perfume and cream.
• Wipe with a soft dry cloth.
• Store it in its pouch, away from damp places.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes about 5 to 7 more days depending on your location.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, COD is available at checkout.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 24 hrs of receiving your order. Approved returns are refunded as store credit only, we do not offer cash refunds.

What is store credit?

Store credit is a credit balance you can use towards your next purchase at AinLore. Once your return is approved, the value is automatically added to your AinLore account as store credit, ready to use at checkout on your next order.

Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer exchanges. You can return your item for store credit and place a new order instead.
